Wolters Kluwer has teamed up with Nintex/AssureSign® to provide you with an electronic signature solution compliant with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act and the guidelines provided by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

This course is excluded from all subscription packages.

Who Should Attend
Managers or administrators responsible for setting up firm processes for sending documents for electronic signature, along with staff responsible for sending and managing documents sent for electronic signature should attend this session.
