License periods are based on last digit of the social security number.
Initial License:
An individual who receives initial enrollment during an enrollment cycle must complete two hours for each month enrolled during the enrollment cycle. Enrollment for any part of a month is considered enrollment for the entire month. As part of the required hours, 2 hours of ethics must be completed for each enrollment year. Enrollment for any part of an enrollment year is considered enrollment for the entire year.
